Easton Reynolds is the co-founder of The Art of Six Figures, a leading marketing agency dedicated to helping photographers scale to six and multi-six-figure businesses. With over a decade of experience, Easton has become one of the most trusted voices in photography and business marketing strategy.
With a strong business background, Easton helped build New Jersey-based LuRey Photography, a luxury wedding & Boudoir Brand, which reached six figures in just its second year. He currently still photographs weddings in addition to owning other businesses in the restaurant industry, retail, and screen printing.
Since 2013, Easton has educated and mentored thousands of photographers, developing proven marketing systems that have helped clients double, triple, and even quadruple their revenue. He is widely recognized as a pioneer in social media marketing for photographers and is known for his honest, no-nonsense approach and strong emphasis on accountability.
His impact extends throughout the industry—many top educators in the boudoir photography space are former clients who have built their own programs using his frameworks as a foundation.
Easton is a sought-after keynote speaker and educator, having presented at Inspire and taught for PPA and WPPI over multiple years. His work has been featured in RangeFinder, Shutter Magazine, SLR Lounge, and more. Beau Ridge, Founder

Beau is an entrepreneur, founder, and executive operator who partners with business owners to translate vision into structured, balance, and scalable organizations. Recognized for bringing operational clarity to complex environments, he aligns leadership, builds systems, and defines strategy to enable disciplined, sustainable growth. His leadership philosophy is grounded in practical experience—attained through years of company building, operational problem-solving, and guiding business owners through the realities of growth, ownership, and work-life balance.
His experience spans multiple industries, including; marketing, education/coaching, food & beverage, retail, service, manufacturing, photography, and real estate. Within his multi-brand photography business, Beau has created a company encompassing four separate brands, with full-time teams, across the wedding, boudoir, commercial, and family niches operating out of two commercial studios in the Atlantic City and New York City areas.
As companies expand, many founders become constrained by reactive decision-making and operational complexity. As a coaching strategist, Beau has advised thousands of entrepreneurs and professionals, emphasizing execution, strategic clarity, operational discipline, and personal growth. He works with clients to align leadership, define priorities, and ensure daily actions support long-term objectives and goals.
Operating primarily behind the scenes, Beau focuses on foundational elements that drive long-term performance: organizational structure, accountability, financial visibility, and repeatable processes. His work enables small businesses to operate with the discipline, alignment, and stability typically associated with more mature enterprises.
Outside of his professional work, Beau is committed to service and development. He coaches youth, adults, and military & law enforcement personnel in martial arts, drawing upon over four decades of training. He also serves as a Chair for his local Board of Education, supporting communication initiatives, strengthening engagement, and advancing outreach.
